Surrendering to Motherhood {Book Review}

Surrendering to Motherhood {Book Review}

Surrendering to Motherhood: Losing Your Mind, Finding Your Soul by Iris Krasnow Book reviews are few and far between for me, and quite honestly, this is the first non-blog-related book I’ve read in nearly a year. I picked it up from the library after reading an interview with the author, Iris Krasnow, that piqued my curiosity. After reading it, I knew I had to share. From the book jacket: “Surrendering to Motherhood is the story of one … Read entire article »

Spring = New Beginnings

FOR SALE

FOR SALE

There’s a FOR SALE sign in our front yard.  Actually, there’s a FOR SALE sign in both of our front yards.  If we only had one front yard, we wouldn’t need any signs.  But, I have to hold tight to my mantra, that “everything happens for a reason”. When we moved here to Little Rock three and a half years ago, the real estate market was in a full-on nose dive. We probably should have realized … Read entire article »

Relish! and GFree Meal Planning Giveaway

Happy Monday everyone!  After trying out a few different meal planning services, I’ve decided that Relish! is still my favorite.  The interface is easy to use, I like the format of the shopping list and recipes, and the meals are easy to prepare, but look and taste gourmet.  If you want to know more about Relish! Meal Planning, you can read the review I wrote here.  Relish! has also just come out with a new … Read entire article »
