Free Fun For Families: December 18-24

This Week: Sunday, December 18 – Christmas Concert at MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History, 2:00pm Featuring the Margaret Watt Piano and Vocal Studio and the General T.J. Churchill Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy. Sunday, December 18 – Eagle Tour @ Lake Dardanelle State Park, 10:00am Lake Dardanelle State Park is proud to offer free winter lake cruises for the best chance of seeing our national symbol, the American bald eagle. Many other spectacular birds may also be in the area for viewing including American white pelicans, ducks, and snow geese. Free Fun For Families: Oct 31-Nov 5

Not many free events going on this week, but don’t forget to check out the library schedules linked below.  The library is always a great place for free family fun! This Week: Saturday – Sunday, November 5-6 – Pioneer Village Open House in Searcy Pioneer Village is a collection of 19th century building, farm equipment and other items of historic interest saved from throughout White County by the White County Historical Society. As a frugal family of four, we love free events with a focus on fun.  I thought I’d share some of what’s available in Central Arkansas this week.
