Now thru March 31 – Argenta Tulip Festival in North Little Rock
The Argenta Arts Foundation has partnered with gardening and lifestyle expert P. Allen Smith to plant 28,000 pink and purple tulips in downtown North Little Rock’s Argenta Arts District. The floral spectacle will be in bloom for the entire month of March. Also, don’t miss the Flower and Garden Market (Saturday 8 a.m.-noon March 31).

Now thru April 1 – Spring Break Activities @ Arkansas State Parks
School’s out, State Parks are in! Adventure awaits students and their families searching for a break from the academic grind. Kayaking, lake tours, night hikes, demonstrations, games, fun and excitement are offered daily. Go Here to find events near you.

Now thru April 7 – See the Easter Bunny @ Park Plaza Mall Mon-Sat 10am-9pm, Sun 12pm-6pm
Hop by Park Plaza Mall for a photo session with the Easter Bunny. Visits with the fluffy-tailed friend are free; photo packages start at $21.

Saturday, March 31 – Easter Egg Hunt @ The Clinton Center, 10:00am – 2:00pm
Green eggs and … Easter. In addition to all the games, activities and prizes, this year’s Easter Family Festival and Egg Hunt now features “green” Easter Eggs. Tens-of-thousands of eco-friendly eggs — made of 100 percent renewable content — will be stuffed and hidden at Arkansas’s largest egg hunt. Bring the whole family and enjoy the live entertainment, portraits with the Easter Bunny and major toy give-aways.

Sunday April 1 – Dollar Day @ Museum of Discovery 1pm-5pm
It’s not totally free, but it’s still worth mentioning – the first 1,000 visitors through the door at the Museum of Discovery today will only pay $1 for admission!

Celebrate spring and the great outdoors at our Great Escape Weekend! Enjoy free nature-related walks and other family oriented activities. The celebration will conclude with an Easter egg scramble for about 2,000 eggs.
