3 Day Juice Cleanse/Fast: Part 2 – The Review

3 Day Juice Cleanse/Fast: Part 2 – The Review

This post has taken me a lot longer to get to than originally intended, but I think it’s all for the better – it’s been nine days since our juice cleanse ended, and it’s given me time to “return to normal” and figure out what folks seem to be most curious about in relation to doing a juice cleanse. So, this post contains our experiences and opinions about our first cleanse. It is organized by … Read entire article »

What Petechia Looks Like

Poor Callen.  His sister gets to be in blog posts about photo contests, and he gets featured in posts about skin conditions. In April, we took Cal in for his four year old well child checkup.  His sweet sister was so kind as to tell him weeks in advance that he would be getting shots.  We discussed this many times over the days leading up to his appointment, and in the truck on the way, and … Read entire article »

Soy 102: Soy as Product #Bean2Blog – Part three

Soy is being billed as the “miracle bean” not only because it can help fill the gap between food production and food consumption on our planet, but also because it is a highly versatile option for many other types of products in categories ranging from automotive to construction to personal care.  These products are just beginning to play a role in the drive to produce more soy.
